When you provide your billing information upon admission to the hospital, this info is forwarded to us. You do not need to contact us unless you suspect that the info is listed incorrectly or needs to be updated. Please notify us immediately if your address, phone number or insurance info changes. Please be aware that you will recieve two bills for anesthesia services: one from the hospital for the supplies, equipment and medication used during your surgery, and one from Denali Anesthesia for the direct care and services provided by the anesthesiologist or CRNA.

Payments go directly to a lockbox service at our bank, whereupon we are forwarded the deposit info and EOBs after bank processing.
We take payments by cash, check or credit card in our office. For credit card payments, please call our office at 907-258-2149. We take Visa, Mastercard and Discover for your convenience.
SCHEDULING:
Your surgeon's office will make the necessary arrangements to schedule your surgical procedure.
We provide 24-hour in-house coverage for anesthesia services at Alaska Regional Hospital, which makes for immediate availability. When possible, we will honor your request for a specific anesthesia provider, depending upon our call schedule and the anesthesia provider's availability on your particular day of suregery. For example, if you request one of our cardiac anesthesiologists for a non-cardiac surgical procedure, s/he may be unavailable due to the cardiac call schedule.

Denali Anesthesia, P.C. consists of a group of ten physicians (MDAs) and five certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs). We provide anesthesia services at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. The DAPC group incorporated in 1995. Our anesthesiologists are trained in general anesthesia and are American Board of Anesthesiology certified, or are eligible and have begun the rigorous certification process. Our cardiac team consists of MDAs who have fellowship training in cardiothoracic anesthesia. Our CRNAs are AANA Board certified and provide primary support for obstetrical services. In order to accommodate the clinical demands of a full service hospital, we schedule an on-call team of anesthesiologists seven days a week, twenty-four hours per day. Our administrative and billing staff office is located on the hospital campus at 2841 Debarr Rd, Suite 34.
